Monday, August 4thth – Thursday, August 7th  

Airport: (ATL) Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport

    • Take the tram to the Rental Car center where you will get off at the hotels stop.

Hotel: Atlanta Airport Marriott Gateway

For those flying: Please email your flight itinerary (both arrival and departure) to cpace@passco.com so we can be aware of any flight delays that may arise.

Onsite Managers:

    • If you are leaving on Wednesday, you must stay until 4 pm
    • All flights must be approved by your Asset Manager
    • Flights can be booked with your PCard or personal card. If a personal card is used, please submit an expense report with the receipt attached
    • Passco will book your hotel rooms, a personal card will be required at check in for incidentals.

Regionals:

    • Travel arrangements can be made accordingly
    • Room reservations will be made by Passco, you will provide payment at time of check-in.

Accounting:

    • Travel arrangements can be made accordingly
    • Room reservations will be made by Passco, you will provide payment at time of check-in.

Passco Corporate Staff:

    • Please book flights and submit an expense report for reimbursement
    • Passco will book your hotel rooms, a personal card will be required at check in for incidentals.

Monday, August 4: Travel Day (Please try to land as close to 4 pm as possible.)

    • Meet & Greet 5:30-7:30 pm at the hotel.  (location to be provided)
    • Drinks & lite bites will be served, and we’ll all have a chance to meet and relax after a long day of travel.

Tuesday, August 5: Training Day

    • 8-9 am: Breakfast
    • 9-12 pm: Training
    • 12-1 pm: Lunch
    • 1-5 pm: Training
    • 6:00 pm: Group Dinner (onsite at hotel)

Wednesday, August 6: Training Day/Travel Day

    • 8-9 am: Breakfast
    • 9-12 pm: Training
    • 12-1 pm: Lunch
    • 1-4 pm: Training – IF traveling, please remain until 4 pm
    • Dinner: $35 per diem (for Passco & Onsite Managers approved to stay Wednesday night, detailed receipt is required for reimbursement)
      Note: Alcohol is not reimbursable by Passco. If submitting an expense report, please separate those charges.

Thursday, August 7: Travel Day

  • Exit the Baggage Claim area & follow the overhead signs for Ground Transportation
  • Look for the “Rental Car Center/ GICC/ Gateway Center Hotels” signs
  • Exit the West end of the terminal under the covered walkway
  • Take the escalator up to the station and board the ATL SkyTrain
  • Exit the train at the first stop (Gateway Center Hotels)
  • Atlanta Airport Marriott Gateway Hotel – Turn LEFT and take the elevator down to the ground level
  • Follow the covered walkway to the lobby entrance
