The Weatherbug.com site provides many active web cams by state.  Many are only daytime viable due to lack of lighting.

Many are "high resolition" images, but not accessible within the Weatherbug site by selection.

The initial images are "small" with time-dates.  Click the "Large" option. This image (large) can be expanded to maximum size. 

With the Mozilla browsers (Netscape and FireFox) this can be accessed by a mouse right click and the "View" option.
