This is a "hold" type page.  Its function is to provide an active
internet access request (a web cam image changes) so that
some ISPs, like AOL, will not time-out and disconnect your
Internet connection.  This may not prevent your screen saver
from being active. This page may still be running under it.
But IE users should get a better Browser, like Netscape!
