Marlene S. (Borer) Chevalier

    Marlene Sue (Borer) Chevalier, 71, of Tiffin, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2006, at her home. She was born in Tiffin, to Earl and Nina (Remsberg) Borer on Oct. 4, 1935.
    Survivors include a son, Ryan "Dog" (Bonnie) Chevalier; a grandson, Daniel Chevalier; three nieces, Shari Doran, Sandi (Rick) Bryant and Fran Gaylor, all of Tiffin; two other nieces; five nephews; four great-nephews; two great-nieces; three great-great-nieces; a great-great-nephew and her ex-husband, Dave Chevalier.
    She is preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Robert "Bud" Borer, James Borer and John "Jake" Borer; and two sisters, Betty Borer and Jeanne Gaylor.
    Marlene was a 1954 graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School and a member of First Lutheran Church. She worked at RCA in Findlay for 35 years. She belonged to the Tiffin Eagles Aerie 402 and Tiffin Women of the Moose Lodge 846. She loved to travel, read, knit and go on trips, especially to the casino. She was a fan of the Ohio State University and the Cincinnati Bengals. She loved children and dearly loved her son, grandson, nieces and nephews.
    Friends may visit with the family 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 1, 2006, at the Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, 44883.
    A funeral will be at 9 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 2, 2006, at the funeral home with the Rev. Ron Borer officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.
    Memorial contributions may be made to her family.

Andrea Lee (Englehart) Strane

    Andrea "Lee" Strane, 70, of Delaware, died early Sunday morning, Aug. 27, 2006, at her residence following an extended illness.

    She was born Sept. 14, 1935, in Tiffin to George and Maxine (Bowser) Englehart.  She is survived by four sons,  Steven Smith of Marblehead,  James R. Smith of Delaware,  Andrew L. Smith of Belize, Central America, and  Martin (Carmen) Strane of Denver, Colorado;  a daughter, Kelly (Jeff) Densmore of San Francisco;  nine grandchildren;  two great-grandchildren;  a brother, Eugene Englehart of Tiffin; and a sister,  Carol Poole of Washington.

    She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband,  Charles Strane, in 2002.  Friends will be received from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2006, at the Rodman Neeper Funeral Home with memorial services to follow at 7 p.m.

    The family will host a reception at the Rodman Neeper Community Room immediately following the service.  Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice at Grady, 561 W. Central, Delaware, OH 43015.

Mary Jane Riddle

Mary Jane died in South Euclid. She was a retired nurse, single,
loved her cats, reading and music. There was no obituary.
