Who should take this tutorial? Could it be you?
- Those computer users with little knowledge of basic computer
skills.
- Those computer users who know some basics, but have no awareness of how they work,
or when and where to use them.
- Those computer students who have taken the common "show and tell" courses.
These are generally courses where you are shown what to do, and told what happens.
But, there is never enough time to explain what and why things happen. Courses of this
type are such that 85% of what was presented is forgotten in one hour, and 95% is lost after 1 day.
Why waist all the time.
- We are seeking students that understand that being presented the facts about how
and why things occur in a computer, will make it easier learn more skills. You were
smart enough at age two or three to ask, "Why? Mommy!" or "Why? Daddy!". When did we settle for
courses that don't do the same ... and give us answers?
- We hope to provide this tutorial so you can learn more by asking you to do
some exercises to develop your everyday basic skills.
- We would like to measure your increase in knowledge by giving you some feedback.
