How does this work ?
If you do not know how this is done, then you can look at the source code
for this page.
All web pages that you view on the Internet require a "browser" to process
a file that it retrieves from another computer. Since all the code used to
present the page MUST be sent to your computer, then it has to be in the "public
domain". This just means that you can view the majority of the code.
For users of the Netscape browser, just click "View", then "Page Source" to
view the code.
For users of the Internet Explorer browser, just click "View", then "Source"
to view the code.
The screen displayed can not be altered (the file is said to be in a "list"
or "browse" mode). But you
can see that the arguments for the "bgcolor=" and "color" tags are either a
non-quoted "text string", or a "quoted literal". Is there a difference? Well,
study the code and results to find out !
