A few of us got together at Escondido last month for a sort of mini-reunion. We stayed at the Lawrence Welk Resort there, where we have a time share. Lou Cicco and his wife stayed with us, and some of the group stayed at the hotel where Jenny Lombardo had arranged a special package, as she works at the Resort. This picture was taken on Sept. 16th (2000). I think I'll send it to the Acclaim with a short article about the event. Ron, maybe you could post it on our site? Thanks! --- Toni
I've used the gal's maiden names as you probably don't know their married names anyway. Sharon Massey could not attend but she had planned to be there. Also, Mike Peak and Wendell Young and their spouses. Maybe next time. It was nice to meet at a place where we could spend time visiting, looking at old pictures and yearbooks and telling stories. It's nice to share all those years with old friends, and we all wondered "where the time had gone." That's life. ---- Toni
