VGA Minimization Screen Setup Page
   This lightblue rectangular area is approximately of the design width of the majority of the pages on VGA designed website pages.
   The HTML page size is VGA 600 x 300 designed to be displayed on a monitor setting of 640 x 480. This will permit the menu bar, tool bar, location entry window at the top, and the lower status bar of a Netscape Window to be seen.
   "Windowize" this window to the workspace (that is, do not "minimize" the window to the browser's "desktop"). Then, adjusts the right and lower edges of this screen such that the vertical and horizontal scroll bars are NOT present. But, there maybe be actual pages on websites that exceed this size, usually vertically.
    Thus, when these website are viewed with higher monitor resolutions this procedure will premit viewing the majority of pages on these site and still have additional workspace for other uses.
